Cancellation Policy
RTT DISCOVERY CALL BOOKING POLICIES ABOUT THIS CALL: This complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call helps us determine if RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is the right path for you. We'll discuss your goals, answer your questions about RTT, and explore whether this approach aligns with your needs. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: - Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling - Maximum 2 reschedules permitted per Discovery Call booking - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of future Discovery Call bookings BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 24 hours advance booking required - Quiet, private space for confidential conversation - Stable internet connection for video call - Computer/tablet with webcam and microphone - Headphones recommended SESSION DETAILS: - Duration: 30 minutes - Format: Online via video conferencing - Meeting link sent in confirmation email - Please arrive on time - late arrivals cannot extend session time BOOKING AVAILABILITY: If you can't find a suitable time, please reach out directly to karen@khrysalislifecoaching.com to discuss alternative options WHAT TO EXPECT: During your Discovery Call, we'll: - Discuss what brings you to RTT - Explore whether RTT is suitable for your specific situation - Answer your questions about the process - Review pricing and package options if we're a good fit - Determine next steps COMMITMENT: This is a no-obligation consultation.
