I know what it’s like to hold everything together on the outside while feeling lost on the inside.
To keep showing up — for your clients, your family, your work — all while wondering when it would finally feel like you.
For years, I coached and cared and kept going, believing that if I just worked harder or learned more, I’d find the missing piece.
But what I really needed was to stop, look back, and finally see the story I’d been living.
That moment changed everything for me.
I stopped chasing the version of me I thought I had to be and began living from who I actually am.
